I have a CA MP5A5 B&T. I have a SP110 spring in it with stock motor/gears/pistons etc. It shoots 385fps with .20's. I am trying to get some accuracy out of it and a pc gaming friend of mine that I pc game with from Canada suggested a Prometheus Tightbore barrel. Would anyone suggest anything else? Ex: Piston head, bore up nozzles etc.

None of those things will increase accuracy. Mp5 are fairly short barrelled, a tight bore is not cost effective for your gun. You will get a better change in accuracy by changing your bucking and bb type. The wind
