Not easy to work on from what I've read and replacement parts are pretty much impossible to find. I think that's why nobody has them, that and that it's a French gun. Freedom Fries FTW.

If your looking for replacement parts, your best bet is to look on either wgcshop or uncompany for parts. I have heard that the FAMASs don't like anymore more than a spring upgrade, and that, as kdub stated, when the mechbox does break, its hard to fine replacements

i believe the best thing to use when repairing a v1 is either a hammer or a new FAMAS
