I need some suggestions for a replacement hop up unit for an M249, the stock hop up on mine doesn't work for crap being that it is a Classic Army clone.

I dont recall if they take a standard type bucking or not. But for $7, you might want to try that first.

Okay so, I purchased a Firefly bucking for my M249 hop-up unit and its still junk, even when I set the hop up all the way up its completely unresponsive. Any suggestions?

You're missing a hop-up nub? Not too familiar with the M249 hop-ups but if that happens in any of the guns I've used...usually means your nub disappeared.
