burlap is the best. yes i stuff it with natural veg, but only around my shoulder, head, not too much on my back...

I would suggest you get the jg bar-10. It is fully compatible with the tm vsr-10 line and with a few diy mods (teflon tape cylinder, etc.), it will be shooting just below sacair fps limits.
