is sac air a non-pyro field?

No explosives of any kind. To dangerous and we play in heavily wooded areas. If I have to explain to you the fire danger side then please don't use an airsoft gun.

figured as much but didn't know for sure, was thinking of using a one time use grenade, where you twist off the top and then throw and its a 3 second fuse but it's pyro and disposable

Actually.... pyro has been used but one person stuck by it to make sure nothing caught fire. Remember the smoke grenades at Nam? Not that day but I have seen smoke grenades start a fire in dry grass.

I could be mistaken but isn't pyrotechnics illegal in the state of California without a special permit?

It's county by county for fireworks. Call your local fire Marshall for correct info. Regardless pyro is bad n around anything like the NAM field. Those who remember the forest hill days may remember when I threw a hissy fit when a game admin used pryo at the forest hill spot.
