I agree with CP. Not so much that someone may put a knife to someone and they will react and hurt them physically. I think people have more sense than to break someone without noticing the knife is fake, but the violation of personal space gets people heated.

I'm gonna have to disagree here. I have personally witnessed several appropriate knife kills, as a ref. And every time the "victims" did not in anyway feel their personal space being violated. In fact they were all surprised and awed at the fact that someone got that close.
