No hand to hand or edged weapons training yet. I 100% plan on it though.

Nothing like that whatsoever 8)

One class and you think you can kick ass already? Questionable.
I have started Bok Fu and Kung Fu.
Living in San Jose for 15 years was a pretty good self defence lesson....

Hmmm I have had training in knife, hand to hand, kicks, and very minor Kempo. The only real way you will ever know how good you are is when you need to block a knife coming at you, or a dude throwing a punch at you and if you can counter with a hold. No offense dude but I agree with Tommy Knocker2121. That being said im no master by far and I have lost fights. I have seen seasoned black belts get hurt real bad in apprehensions before.

yeah, whatever you learned was enough to get your ass kicked. Don't make the mistake of thinking your ready to ball up anybody that comes in your way. A little knowledge is dangerous, train and practice more with people that do and don't know what they are doing but at full speed.

Best defense is your head on swivel. Pay attention to what is going on around you. Don't jab on about your cell phone when your walking to your car. Walk away if you see some shady characters.

Easiest thing to do: cup your hands and slam them over your assailants ears. The pressure will cause excruciating pain as you rupture their eardrums. Additionally, the organ that regulates your body's balance will be seriously affected, stunning them. Might even be enough to drop some people.
dont even need a carry permit for em.
