Is anybody gonna see this? I'm gonna go see it a few days after it comes out and (on account of my parents letting me) buy the reprint of the first issue [WATCHMEN #1] for a $1.50!!! Plus shipping of course. That would be so cool. Looks REALLY good!

The animated novel is true to the graphic novel, word for word. Thats why it was so long. Movies often take certain liberties.
Yeah, I'm slightly worried about those liberties. There's just so much story to tell, not including each character's past.

The original material was probably not the best thing to work with. There was so much character development that you could have made 3 movies alone. Then toss in the Tales of the Black Freighter and makes a 4th.
You need to add another character OP: Ozymandias...he's my favorite character!
