The three rrod is realy easy to fix. If you can work on an airsoft gun, then you can fix your xbox. STOP BUYING NEW ONES! STOP SENDING BROKEN ONES INTO MS JUST TO GET MORE BROKEN ONES! Three hours and $20 later you can have your xbox purring like a kitten for years.

I had the same problem I had the red rings microsoft wouldn't fix because warrenty expired so I had to go to best buy and dish out $350 to get a new one plus $50 more for extended warranty just in case
