I've got a friend who bought an almost brand new echo1 SCAR. The problem is, it's really really inaccurate, and the hopup just doesn't dial in right. He has given it to me to fix, and I personally think it might be the bucking or the hopup itself. Does anyone have any input? Thanks!
Clean the barrel and use good quality bb's.

Actually. He isn't wrong at all. He gave the proper procedure to diagnose a hopup issue.

Could also just be a loose hop dial. I had that issue with my M4, dial just didn't want to stay put. Just tighten things up a bit.
