reputable machine shop?

anyone know of one in the northern California area? I have a 2.5l sti motor i'm boring and decking but most shops wont touch it. Let me know and please only comment if you have had experience with them.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but you might get a little bit of torque steer.

Been a few years since I've been there but you also might want to try Turbo Power. Located in Cameron Park.Cliff was the head machinist at Comptech when they were someone.

you are correct. the finish is of a 80-100 grit. Now with a forced induction motor the ports can be somewhat smooth due to the added psi behind the air/fuel mixture. Carb'd motors need all the help they can get :)
