I was thinking of picking up a SC10 Or SC8, I really like how they are more scale in a sense
Corsair and an HE-100. Just fixed the wing on the 100, I bought it broken for 60 bucks. Now that the airframe is sound I can start converting in to electric. Should be flying in a few weeks.

JOHN inform me immediatly of your new purchases
Its an E-flite Nieuport 17. Runs of a 850 mah 2 cell lipo (same batt as the Blade CX) and a park 250 motor. Have not flown it yet but it wont do very well in the wind, its really really light. I'm going to go grab a motor in a bit. Ill put it in the air when the wind calms down and report back.

Flew the 17 before I left for Monterrey, it was awesome. pics once i get back home.
Very cool! It's so cute! ha ha. I've been thinking about getting back into the RC boats lately but am tempted to try planes. Had a friend who did RC choppers and he had some huge beast that cost like $2000. He crashed and damaged it everytime he flew it. I'll see if I can get a photo of it when I go over there tomarrow or Thursday.

Its a great flying little plane, great introduction to ww1 stuff. They are slow but not that good for beginners. coordinated control inputs are a must.
flew the t-28 again today. No crashes, but some rough landings. The wind never stops here, had some crosswinds that made me drop in kind of hard and bounce a little. Popped the gear out of the wing a little, no big
Nice. That plane needs to be flown onto the ground like the corsair, 10% power till the gear is on the ground. Add more up elevator if its going too fast. If you start to practice using your elevator to control airspeed and the throttle to control altitude the airplane will handle much more realistically especially while landing.
Nice, a Sea Fury and P51 flew over my house today. There is a airshow in GV tomarrow and I guess they were out playing around tonight.

fuck flaps, stick control and speed work just fine.
I'd really like to pick up one of new Traxxas slash 1/16th scale short course/trophy trucks. They're supposed to kick ass from what I've been told.
