Does it hold 1 or 2 M16 mags in thos pouchs?

Last game I carried (2) M16 mags in right hand side pocket. (2) mags in two rear/side pockets for a total of 4. Had my sidearm(M9) inside my left inside pocket. My car keys in the zippered breast pocket. (1) 40mm grenade in my other small chest pocket. My FRS radio in the radio pocket on the left. There was still about 8 unused pockets still! :shock:

Hey, how seceure is the 5.11 vest? Also do you reccomend that or a tacital vest?

meatball the 5.11 vest was made for more of a guy walking around buildings needing to carry his ammo and what not but not garenteed to be in combat so he wants some comfort, a vest will obviously be a bit more secure. the whole purpose of the 5.11 is to be a bit more comfy than a snug vest on you, and look somewhat non chalant around all the other civilians.

Well I am probally going to be using a MP5 and I am going to be a kind of a Gurellia Tactic guy, so I don't know what I shoud do.

id get some sort of chest rig.

chest rigs are nice but I want something that is a little more orgignized. How is Strike Tactical gear, I was looking into that DOAV vest.

i dont know what you mean organized... you mean more acessorie(sp?) pockets rather than just mag pouches?

I just want to be a basic solider. Like from just some army, like a merc. outfit.

I am looking for something that a basic soilder would wear, like in columbia or something. I just want to get a vest that will allow me to carry at least 8 MP5 Mags and some other pouchs for stuff.

modular gear looks more like a soldier, tac vests look more law enforcement.... mp5 is more law enforcement though... columbians arent see with those, neither are our forces really.
