Wrap the area where the barrel and bucking meet with teflon tape. you don't need a lot just enough to seal it. That should fix your problem. I know when i did it to mine i got about 10 fps with the stock bucking not sure if it made a difference with the firefly im sure it did though. I only had a 130 spring and it was shooting about 250 feet

if you didn't install the airbrake did you make sure to put the grub screw in its place? probably obvious but just thought i'd ask in case.
