I have an M15A4 carbine and I put a M203 GL attached to the barrel of the gun. The top handguard is on, but is it possible to put 3 rails on the top portion of the GL?

you will need to remove the hand grip from the launcher most are plastic then you will need to buy rails drill holes for the rails dremel down the hand grip ridges bolt and epoxy the rails to the launcher hand grip then grind down the screws on the inside re-mount the hand grip test for operation and good to go
