I went to Mexico and spotted a few kids doing this. It was actually brutal as shit. They would peddle as fast as they could and use the stick end.

Ha ha... that is the ONLY thing I remember about that movie. I didn't even remember what movie it was untill you posted this. Always wanted to try it though.....
