Are you allowed to have smoke and frag grenades while playing in an airsoft match i am considering buying some with a grenade launcher for my m4 carbine.

if thier pwoer or starting source is combustion based then no

Well ive wondered that too, some smoke bombs ive made i made housings for that had no heat transfer and the flame was deep inside inverted metal balls that only let she smoke come out, so would that be okay? Any admins want to approve?

At my games sure. On 3 conditions. 1 all product must be legal by state and federal law. 2 That you know that they will do no more damage than other grenades. 3 That you are willing to detonate them in the parkinglot while standing near ifnot on them to prove they are safe. Other than that sure bring them out.

I would say no...

I bought 2 tactical smoke bombs that are cool burning despite being lit with a flame. The company who makes them even says they are safe for a Forrest setting.

What i may do is build a container for the smoke, like a soda can or something to let the smoke out and further reduce any risk to non existant.

Nope. I would still rather be safe then sorry about that kinda stuff.
