if he doesnt have the price listed in a viewable public place and didnt tell you about the price of the service before hand, and you agreed to it, he cant charge you for it, the words kiss and my ass woulda become apprent and if he kept my gun channel 13 followed by the cops woulda been called :) its awesome i ahd that happened to me when i was a tech manager at bestbuy and my sales manager told me not to give a customer his computer. was one of the awesomest things i ever saw channel 13 and modesto bee dont play around :))
