Depends on what AEG you have. If it's a TM or CA Ver. 2, then I would recommend a Systema Gear Box. CA for a CA? Bummer and good luck.

Will the systema gearbox work with tm gears if I put my gaurder metal bushings in it?
I'm 99.9% sure the Systema gearbox is a 7mm design and wont work with your guarder bushings. If in budget, the gears are a worthwhile purchase.
