honestly i have never seen a tactical roll included or even ever efficiently used in a tactical engagement. thats retarded...

That type of training may look really cool, but when TSHTF all that crap is going out the window and they will be in survival mode. Most likely they will keep shooting and try to find some cover or die trying to pull off that fancy roll while being shot at.

OMFG. WTF are those clowns doing. Last time I checked the Ninja Warrior Challenge didnt allow the use of firearms to complete the course. The homo saying "Contact" everytime drove me crazy.
