ok i have 2 pitsols 1 is a kjw 1911 and the other is a tm mk23. my question is wat do i have to do so they can use propane instead of green gas?

nothing, green gas is nothing more than propane and silicon oil

You don't want that size. You want the smaller lantern size. IIRC, they usually cost 5-6 bucks for two.
