starting anything is hard work and takes energy and effort, id suggest you figure out 2 people (not including yourself) and start a "core" this will do you a ton of good. the group i play with start with their 2 core players and the leader (which means nothing now due to the fact that all of us are capable of leadership - your weakest link quote)
