hey my buddy just gave me a jg tactical ak (the one with the rail system) and i want to make it my project gun, now i know jg internals are not great.. just would like some suggestions on what to change in the gearbox because my first thought was change everything.

I wouldn't change everything. A lot of there parts are pretty strong actually.
I'm not exactly sure about the recent JG guns.
thanks for the tips, but iv'e decided if im gonna run with an ak at anypoint it'll be the kwa one coming out.. so idk what im gonna do with jg ak now

Ive got 3 JG ak's all in peices becuase there the crappiest made guns ever....do yourself a favor and stay away from them. However, If you really like the JG AK, I can sell you a huge box of parts, lol....you'll need them.
