My little brother and I used to smoke up the whole house fighting with cap guns when my parents weren't home. We had some sweet bright orange .38s too... That was back when it was way more fun to get "hit" then to not get it. It was all about who could die cooler.

If the smoke is made without heat like a chemical diffusion then it should be legal...i think. im not a lawyer.

cold smoke uses an electric ignition so no fire. Hes the thing about smoke gernades its not that they are entirely illegal its that you are entirely responsible for all damage incurred, fires lives, etc in a monetary way....

People are murdered every day by guns....... Should we outlaw the use of those? Or just teach proper usage and safety?
