This POS bill passed safety committee. Moves on to appropriations on the 20th, headed by Leno (who voted for it) and viced by Cox (i believe). All the Rs in the committee are against it and the Ds are "undecided".

Wow, I knew about the Cow Palace thing (that's San Fran for ya'), but limiting ammunition to 50 rounds a month! I gotta get outta this state, but it's just too darn beautiful for me to.
