ive seen the hole on the side of the piston placed in diff spots. i placed it on the side facing horizontally, is there any diff of which way it is?

mike, make sure the hole in the clinder is at the back of the gun. away from the front.

actually it really doesnt matter... it depends on what you want... if you have a hole you can face it towards the back to get a higher volume for higher fps, or you can face it towards the front to get a lower volume lower fps, but a high rate of fire.
