Home hunting
Almost done with my stint in this joint, looking for a place for me, my wife and my newborn. Wife wants to stay in Commifornia for the time being. Anyone got some suggestions where would be good? I don't really want to stay in Sac City proper.

Well if you don't wanna stay in Sac City, the question is where do you want to stay? Outside of the requirements for buying a house (income, qualification etc) what are you looking for?
I work with Big Valley Mortgage in Roseville and i have plenty of LOs that would be more then happy to prequal you for whatever you're looking for. PM is you're interested.

I think you should come to Auburn, rent is cheap if you dont want to buy. Also it is close to me, thats worth it all right there!

I heard Oakland homes/apartments are really cheap at the moment. I live there and you'll love it if you like airsoft. There isn't really any crime that I've seen around here lately, so it's relatively safe.

You can find damn nice appartments in Auburn for under 800 and they are 2 bed 1 bath. We are paying 765 for a 2 bed 2 bath patio, fireplace, washer dryer, central hvac.
