I have a gamepod field ready JG 614 it had a mad bull tight bore and I had a problem with the accuracy after say 40 feet, at the 4th of july game a fella gave me a barrel (i think he said it was a systema) the accuracy got a little better, but i still can't manage to get the hop up set and the scope zeroed.

A better hop-up unit+bucking. If you are up for it open the gearbox and create a better seal with the piston/cylinder/cylinder head. Make sure everything is greased, good o-ring seal etc...

What velocity is the gun? What brand/weight bbs are you using?
im using P-force .20 and P-force .30

Never even heard of P-Force bbs. Have you checked the quality of them IE: for dents or seems on the bb. Cut a few in half and check for air bubbles maybe. Other than that changing the hop unit and or bucking might help.

Take a flashlight and look in the muzzle end of your barrel.
