Well the rules are equal on everyone so if he did shaft someone or multiple someones he should be put on the banned sellers list until they are resolved, but from reading those links "classic and vietnam" they both sound resolved. From what I understand you and John (Cp) are pretty close to him? I'd imagine you guys talking to him face to face would have more affect then a temp or even perm selling ban.

I can see how he might of been a little late getting it to the post office for the M60 and that plus the amount of time it takes to get to germany would take quite awhile. As far as the uzi i'm not sure. Anyone get a hold of him yet?

Whoever locked it, I think was the right choice. Tobin may have just screwed up, but we know not to judge a person by his failures, but by his successes.

Well, in this instance I think Tobin invited trench raiders post...If you read the posts on classicair you will see that Tobins last post skewed the facts a bit and I think that trench raider was on here trying to set things straight. That said, I don't see anything productive coming from it so its good you locked it but a PM needs to be sent to trench raider explaining it got closed over the potential flame fest, and not his statement....otherwise we look like biased douche bags. he should write it up in a seller review and keep everything else to PMs.
