Would these new c02 magazines for the GHK guns be allowed since its c02?

no they will prolly not be allowed due to the fact that they are NOT CO2 mags as the aex site states.

Heard something about a low velocity nozzle today. People are tweaking GBB M4's to be legal so I'm betting there's a way for GHK's to be legal too.

THey need to make 7.62 mags for it. The black AKM style.
If the Co2 mags shoot under 400 on .20's, then they should be fine as they'll use a simple fixed "regulator" in the mag like the old KWC's. That resolves the fps fluctuation gas mags have due to temperature changes.
