Hey all,

people not calling hits isn't a new thing at any field, screaming at them to call their hits doesn't fix the problem either. Make sure you're actually hitting them or walk away, chances are they're not worth the effort of dealing with them or their high speed low drag, call of duty BS

People not calling hits is not new, but it can become a thing of the past where the people responsible for the event stop tolerating it.

For the record, I want it known that I've never taken a cheap/dangerous shot at someone. Everyything I do to work against cheaters, I do within the rules.

I was not trying to point the finger at either of you. I was explaining how the situation evolves itself to become dangerous by trying to curb cheating at the player level.

What I am talking about with the over killing is not as dangerous at outdoor fields since the engagement distances usually do not get closer than 20 ft. However, fields with structures that allow common engagements of 20 feet to the muzzle of a gun -- That is very dangerous when people are having to overkill, or tune their gun to the max allowable fps, in order to get people to call hits due to cheating.

One big thing that I wish more people would do is call their own team members out. If you politely tell a member of your own team "Hey man, I saw a few rounds bounce off you." they'll rarely argue. And although this hasn't made me many friends and probably isn't the best of decisions, I have shot members of my own team a time or two when they were just blatantly ignoring hits.

yeah it's not always the person's fault for not calling their hits (I mean intentionally), I always call my hits, whether I felt them, heard them, or even if i didn't feel or hear it ill sometimes call it just because I can't see how they could have possible missed (so i assume it must be bad hearing etc on my part). But even with this extensiveness I've had teammates point out that I got shot because I either didn't notice because I was running or it just wasn't a powerful impact to either feel or hear.
