Please include pictures, the specs that the manufacturer provides (find them online if they're not with your knife) and post them in Bullet format as shown below (note* for a bulleted list copy the bracketed lines and remove the spaces inside the brackets). RCAS, IIRC, the Infidel and the Benchmade Auto you had posted are both LE/ MIL only. Perhaps a warning to those that don't have those qualifications would be in order?

Here's a word of warning.

The infidel could have a little more ummph behind it when it comes out... it shoots out fast enough but its propelled not pushed so if something is in front of it, the blade will pierce through if its not too dense but won't lock forward and you have to give it a quick flick of the wrist or pull it the rest of the way out with your fingers. Kind of disappointing for the price but it is what it is.

In continuation of the switchblade discussion...I found the exceptions to the Federal switchblade law:

im pretty sure in most counties in california is still legal to carry non folders as long as they are not hidden and are in plain site , such as a sheath on a belt

ya 5 years is crap but i guess it depends on if you're charged with a federal crime or state misdemeanor. Local PD more than likely won't gig you for a federal crime since they'll want the collar. Its dumb but switchblades were demonized years ago by villains in movies and criminals carrying them. Its part of the process of getting something outlawed... demonize the thing, the act, make it seem worse than it is and push your agenda.
