Okay who can give me a a rundown of how semi, and auto function with the cutoff lever, selector plate, and trigger assembly? For the life of me i cannot figure out why and how. And why does my G&G selector plate not have contacts on it? Thank you.

Im trying to repair a basic non bb combat machine that randomely will stop firing and I have to tap the motor housing/gearbox to reset it and it will then fire. But im also building a Gearbox from the ground up to put in my old G&G blowback body " gearbox cracked" and need to know what parts I can keep to put into it. When it worked I had an m120, metal spring guide, low resistance wire set, G&G upgraded cylinder/piston head, and systema tappet plate, element piston"new" and modify air nozzle. And im wondering what parts I can keep in this build. Im also trying to learn how the firing modes work so I know how to construct every part of this build. As a side note, what GB shell, and cylinder would you suggest?

Sounds like one of your motor leads is loose. Any 7mm or 6mm shells with bushings. I'm a fan of area 1000 cylinders, but anything that isn't scratched or dented will do.

I was thinking I would keep my stock 8mm gears and shs bushings. Is that a problem?
