ok my friend was playing with his glock 18 and the slide will not go forward all the way. the frame is a 17 frame, but the slide is a 18 so i need help.

well theres your problem, the 17 lower is made for a 17 upper, the internals and rails the slide moves on are machined and designed for only the 17 and same deal with the 18.

fixed it. turns out the hammer was not cocked when the slide was back
