anyone know if it's open yet?

I guess it's open, there is a temp dirt road into the parking lot. I didn't personally see it, but some people stopped on the way home from the hill last week and checked.

Yes it is open. There is a temp dirt road they construction company built into the parking lot. Something about not being able to close off public land for an extended period of time.
