Issues at Civil War

Alright so as your reading there was a multitude of issues at the game. Cheating was all over as well as bad attitudes. It was the worst i've seen in some time.

Honestly, the cheating/drama thing happens... sometimes bad apples just ruin it for the rest and it's hard to predict or control that. Half the time I never hear a word at the game but people bitch on the forum about the cheaters. If no one points them out to you and you don't see it, there's not much you can do.

The cop thing makes sense and probably was associated with a complaint. Hence why the cop finally talked to someone and didn't just drive through. Was the bad experience with the boater before or after the cop showed up?

I'm not too sure what the order was, cop then boater or boater than cop.
