failure to call hits is a problem everywhere.

I agree screaming about it is completely uncalled for. Lets show some class after all this isn't paintball (lol) we're all better than that.
My issue with this, is that at Sacair we are here to have fun, not "win" at airsoft. So we really shouldn't NEED "refs". We should be a bunch of like minded people who want to come get together and have a good time. If you need to "win" to have a good time, go play airsoft somewhere else. We SHOULD be and used to be a bunch of friends and friends of friends who got together and had fun on our weekends.
Winning? Really?
God save us everyone will be burning inside the fires of a thousand suns.

I don't play to lose. Thats BS. You dont care AT ALL if you lose the game? Go play on the other team.

It's a game, simple as that. Do I like winning? Yes ofcourse, who doesn't like a little ego stroking now and then, however on the flip side I find that when I'm on the team that loses then I not only learn more (I.e. What not to do, what to do, what paths to use to be sneaky), but I get much more epic stories.
It's not the dog in the fight but the fight in the dog.

Coming out to win: showing up to win at any cost, doing what ever it takes to win with no reguard for the rules. Common things heard by such players:"Fuck that I am not calling that" or after shooting in someones general direction, "CALL YOUR FUCKING HIT BITCH!"

And people wonder why every 4 years or so that a small group of guys who have been around for a while want to branch off and play some small private games.

I've been and am an adiment milsim paintballer(fuck speed ball) before coming over to join the dark side(airsoft). One of the main reasons I crossover was because I was tired of all te cheating an bs involved in milsim paintballing(which was a bit harder seeing as hits get marked with bright paint, but there are ways), and I had heard some really great things about the friendly atmosphere of sac air. I heard before I came out for my first game that "yeah we play to win, but no one really pays attention to who does expcept to give their friends hell" and ya know. my first bunch of games thats exactly what It was. It was a bunch of you veterans (blaino, Bizcuits, I believe Johhny, and andrew where there for a few. and a bunch more who i know in person but not there usernames on here) having fun and shooting the shit out of each other.
Play, shoot, laugh, enjoy the game.
