Gearbox problem

i have a dboy m4 all metal and something is wrong with my gearbox. i took it apart and put it back together and only need help with one part. i know where it goes for the most part but i am not sure of how it has to face or where the spring goes.the last three pictures on the page are what i need help placing in the box. The problem is it shoots with little to no velocity. The bb shoots about 15 feet and falls.

Piston and anti-reversal latch are installed incorrectly.

you need an anti-reverse latch (the one that you are holding in the pic) also might want to pick up a new piston.
