I ordered a promethius 190 spring from ehobbyasia for a DMR rifle I am building, because there site said it upgrades to the 440-450fps range.

Tried to, and my 8.4 large type cant turn it. I have a 10.8 I could try it with, but I dont want to put it in and strip out my gears if its like a crazy 500+fps spring.

I was told my a techie at Gamepod that the prometheus springs are rated wrong. I had an MS135 when I sent my TM M4 in. He told me it chronoed at 450, and that I should switch to a lower rated spring to preserve the gearbox.
