Anyone in to cars: in here

· Supreme ChancellorApr 6, 2005 1:26am
Okay i know this is a longshot but here goes. Is anyone here into road racing or the like? Im going to put new seats in my mustang soon and was wondering if anyone has experience with fixed back seats in a daily driver. If you do, well chime in!

uncomfortable some times, sometimes it can be nice. what type of seats do you have in mind anyways? do you have a hard suspension setup?

Might get laughed at putting that seat in a Mustang. Fixed back seats are a pain to get in and out of everyday. The seats I have in my car aren't fixed back and still a pain to get in and out of.

If I was going with a fixed back it would be the Corbeau Forza or the Sparco Sprint. I'm leaning towards the Corbeau A4 reclining seat. Great support and i can still use my stock belts.

as far as the sparco spring is concerned, its okay from what i have used it for. but like stated above, the fixed backs suck getting in and out of because of the side rails. they really make it a chore.

Well, I did sit in it once. :) I would need a new seat though, a little tight around the.. oh well, shit, everywhere.
