I am by no means a professional when it comes to gas just have had quite a few so this is what I have found.
It's not the dog in the fight but the fight in the dog.

Why do you want your sidearm shooting that hot.... seems like it makes switching to it at close range pointless.

Size shot? I'm not sure I understand what you are asking.

I think he wants to know what weight bb.'s everyone uses in their guns. I always used .25 or .28 gram bb.s in my tm sometimes heavier when absolutely neccessary for cheaters. I was able to accurately hit a person out past 100 feet even with a .25 or heavier bb so you shouldn't have any problems doing the same thing. The only reason to make a pistol shoot hot and knowingly do so is to be an ass and hurt people. At the distances that most pistol battles take place in airsoft there is no need to have it shooting above 300 fps.

Yes I meant weight, Cool. I'll try using .25 and see how it goes

you'll have to adjust the hop up for the distance you want just like any other airsoft gun but you'll be fine with the .25's

I run .30s in my tm meu which is pretty similar. Accurate to 100ft, easy. BB doesn't move very fast, but people know they are hit. Even through thick plate carriers/BDU tops when going for center mass hits. I would recommend .25g-.30g bbs. Just my opinion.
