Still though they had no reason to prosecute or even get a search warrent with just a photo. (Given on the information I have). I have been around unsavery people most of my life oddly enough pot and weapons were mixed. Im still alive. The one time an ND almost blew my head off booze or pot was not present. ask Erin he saw it.

And then you as an American with rights says "No". Im sure they said "Yes" but did they willingly show the cops the pot? Did the cop search because he was in thier? Who knows, odd's are I won't know enough of this case to make a true call. As I stand now, it is BS. Do those people help with the gun rights movment? No then again nethier does half the NRA. Our movment is screwed from the aspect that we will never be right in the anti-gun camp. They want to believe that guns are inherintly evil, they refuse to believe that people are evil and guns are merliy a tool. The NRA sadly has "Gun nuts" in its' ranks that live in the middle of nowhere shout, "dont tread on me" and stock pile weapons. THen when the police try to ask if everything is ok the cops get shot at. They yell its our god given right (fallacy I mind you) the cops yells "BACK UP I NEED BACK UP" and then the ATF kills everyone. It is a lose lose situation for I think both sides and the way our liberal pussy nations works is they will ban guns. Guns as screwed get over it.

As you said there are lots of variables. I take things at face value. Drugs, Weapons, kids...In my line of occupation, those are called clues. IDK maybe these people are regular pot smoking, illegal weapons posing with children Americans...
