admin only discussions

beermans reinstatement wiether acutal or not should be discussed by and with "admins" not mods or general public, its none of thier business what goes on behind the sceens, we need to apear as a union not a bunch of us saying" i dont know but i like the guy and he should run games". Dev is not an admin and we should not dicuss these things with him other then to say he can run games or cant. He doesnt need to know why. he doesnt need to know which admins think its a good idea and which dont. He left becuase he got upset at what was going on, he wasnt allowed back becuase he does not follow sac air rules. there are many conversations on this before,, going publicly with admin descions is crap. what is said in admin only forums needs to stay here and should not be discussed with everyone else who is not an admin. Right now you make us look like we dont know what we are doing and cant come together in a single descision, which should never happend wiether we can or cant, Disagreements of any kind should never leave this forum. You should also not alienate to the general public people who have chosen the opposite of what you or they think. So now the people who dont agree with you can be harassaed by de and anyothers who read that forum and thats not cool.

Considering how many admins are inactive I simply assumed Dev_What was an admin and that the Board Administration section was only viewable my admins.

I have always acted in self defense, occasionally pre-emptive self defense.

I still think and "Admin round table" meeting might be a good idea.

ok thanks for the clearing up. It just seems odd that he comes back asking to be an admin and then he will say I dont want to do it any more and then misses the power of it and then wants back. If that makes any sense to any one.

def agree with you. You have to have a back bone if you are going to be an admin especially with this group of players. Most of them are young or old enough that they are cocky to the point they dont want to listen to anyone. If you have to be a dick and seen as the bad guy then thats the way it has to be.
