Question about GBBR
Well I am looking at getting an M4, and I wasn't sure if I should get a GBBR or stick with AEG's. My current primary is a G&G MP5A4 that I enjoy using, but it would be nice to have a little variety.

If you want a GBBR, it's going to require a different type of play. Do you like to lay down suppressive fire? Do you spray'n'pray? Do you frequently use full auto? If so, a GBBR is most likely not for you, unless you plan on making some changes. With only 30 rounds to a mag, trigger discipline becomes a big deal.

I just got my first GBBR (WE Scar) its nice and a real fun novelty, but due to the inconsistencies from temp change I would say stick with an aeg for regular games.
Look its a bird its a plane, no its just my broken aeg flying all over the place.
CQB+GBBR?

get a AEG. ask yourself this question, are YOU ready to work on it yourself? are YOU ready to source parts needed for repairs? do YOU understand that gas is more expensive to run than an AEG?

[quote="viper"]to answer your question what ones teh better one....none, youll need to dump some extensive upgrades/parts into a GBBr to make them skirmish ready. i could list all the things youd need for all the GBBr's youll need the following
And Shepherds we shall be
no i dont believe in regulators, i have had one on a few of my older gas rifles (classics) and wouldnt want to skirmish with them, as an "adjustable" stabalizer - IE palmers become cumbersome, with a 30 round mag (WE) it would be hard to tactically reload in a high stress situation. and yea you could get a regulator setup, with a QD attachment plus all QD connections for you mags, which runs for i believe about 130-150 for the regulator, plus a few bucks 20 or so for connections and tubing - QD fittings are more i believe.

here is an idea fill the mags with regulated compressed air to adjust fps and what not this would solve alot of issues IMO

lol external rig if you want to make it consistent period, no filling up with another type of gas, just regulated, put long tube from bottom of one mag hope its not a 30 or 50 rounder, put a tank on your back or hip BOOM consistent shots everytime...still wont help with hop issues...LOL STUPID GAS! id rather play with sim rounds but more people are pussys when they hear something shoot over 400FPS. i myself enjoy the challenge for open FPS play, since people that have that luxury to play with no fps limits, brings for more smarter and tactical play than the rather numb and boring lets spray and pray cause i got 3000 round hicap =p its all preference though. ill tell ya what if none of this sways your vote one way or the other, buy a gbbr, then let me know when you want to sell it ill buy it off ya for 50% the cost you got it for minus more if anything is broken ;) id like you to get that WOC or a G&P one, since i have a few of those mags around i could use a gun to go with them LMAO

Buy a DG and let me know how it is!
Viper, I thought sim rounds could only be purcharsed by LEO? I also here they're quite pricey or the same as the real deal. Sounds like they need to redesign the hop-up... Back to the LRBs? If I did get a G&P it would be worth double for resale just because it would be me buying it.

I very much agree with mfroniewski it all depends on your style of play and how will your able to maintain your equipment.
I got myself one of the AGM M4 GBBR's as well as a G&P WOC M4 GBBR.
hi snoop, how goes it?
Seek the Narrow Gate, for the path is broad and the gate is wide that leads to destruction.
