Those are all good cars. But what about the Supra. That is one the best cars around. But the 2003 SL 55 AMG from Mercedes is a head turner. Any one like the vets. Not a bad ride. Acura NSX. Any one ever heard of it. If not go to autotrader.com and look it up. It is an $80,000 sports car that has a good amount of power behind it. Six cil engine. But quick. Will last longer than any other car. If I could I would get one.

NSX's got smoked against dodge vipers...from the tests that i have seen both in magezines and on the track (sac race way)..both cars were fixed or supped what have you. hehe besides NSX's are cool looking thats it, if you want something with mad power in the import area SUBARU OUTBACKS hehe i have seen a 11.29 sec outback =) no nos just engine work and supercharged ..you can buy them with superchargers...

VIPER, YOURE SAYING THAT SINCE AN NSX GOT SMOKED BY A VIPER RIGHT... DOES THAT MEAN YOU THINK ALL NSX'S ARE SLOWER THAN VIPERS???

ok watch the caps, i have seen a 1989 CRX hatch beat a viper..i have seen it beet and NSX i have seen the nsx with NOS get beaten by a 1969 Chevy Mali that car was just pure balls to the walls, it didnt have NOS just a phatty engine. i didnt say ALL NSX's ARE CRAPPY did i? did you see even read my post i was simply stating that any car can be made to beat another and that 80,000 bucks for an NSX is way too price while instead you can buy a luxury car....yea..

As far as Ferrari goes, I'm partial to the 360 Spider.
Dec 17, 2002 4:27am
Well I don't know man. I just drove a 700 hp Supra the other night. With that much power, I don't think anything could be too heavy. That car JAMZZZZZ!!!

"the f355 f1 tranny you had to let go of the gas when you shifted. well actually who cares" WHEN I DRIVE, I ALWAYS LET GO OF THE GAS BETWEEN SHIFTS.... I THINK POWERSHIFTING IN ANY CAR WILL DEFINATELY DECREASE THE LONGEVITY.

YOu all sound like you need to get laid.
Look, I'm a politician, which means I lie, and I'm a cheat.

What about sport bikes??
If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.
Any way you look at it, horsepower costs money. Wether you pay for the foreign tech in cc's or the American displacement in ci's, your going to pay dearly for your rush. Back in the 60's nothing foreign could compete against the muscle cars on the drag strip or the super ovals. There was some competition between the two on the road course but it was a pretty even argument swayed only by driver preference, skill and ability. In the mid 70's SCCA created a new class called CAN-AM which catered only to the foreign machines. That class died as fast as disco. Bottom line, any comparable car can compete against any other comparable car. The only difinitive difference that will seperate the two............Money and skill....
for newer cars i would definaly go with a import. because most newer american cars have problems with in 100,000 miles. and the imports usually get better gas mileage. but for classic cars...... im all for american muscle cars!!!! :D
