Motion: GBBR Rules Adoption
As per our discussion I would like to propose the following rules be adopted:
I move to include a temperature cap of 90+ degrees.

How is the temp going to be checked, and at what time? In the morning during chrono? In the afternoon when it would actully matter but after the gun has been used all day? I am down with a temp cap, but I can see some major issues with that.

If it feels hot out, chrono the gun with a magazine that has been gassed for a while, no fresh cool mags.
I figured the "Admins reserve the right to disallow the use of GBBRs at any game" could cover temp and any other situations that might cause us to want them off the field but if you guys feel we need a separate caveat covering temp im cool with it.

the reason for putting the mags in the cooler between games is so that the mag will even accept gas in it. If it's a hot day 90+ degrees and the gas is a lot cooler then the mag, nothing goes in. It's not to lower the fps.

ok so after talkign with erin last night im confused on the whole gas issue with any rifle. If we take a mag fill it put it in the sun 15 min so the liquid becomes a gas and isnt cold. and it fires -400 or -550 i dont understand regulated or not why we cant use it. At that point its going to be the highest fps its going to be, the gas will only lower fps as you use it and it becomes liquid agian. The gas is only goign to expand from liquid to gas it wont get any more pressure. So why cant we use a gas sniper shooting 475 to 545 with a "room" temp mag?
almost 2 weeks and not one answer awesome....
I don't understand the question since if its shooting below 400 its fine for regular use ans if its below 550 its fine for sniper use.

I have always acted in self defense, occasionally pre-emptive self defense.
Now that everyone seems to be in agreement, someone should post something up on the boards about this to help clarify the confusion about GBBs.

Seek the Narrow Gate, for the path is broad and the gate is wide that leads to destruction.
