Will this
inner barrel work with my G36K? My G36K's barrel length is 355mm, so i was wondering if those extra 6mm will do anything?

should be fine, you may have a bit of the barrel in the flash hider.
Look its a bird its a plane, no its just my broken aeg flying all over the place.
Wouldnt it be easier to get damaged though, if its sticking out a bit?

Yes, but it will still be inside the flash hider and shouldn't be sticking out past the end, 6mm will only add about the width of a BB in length.
