Quick question

Ok so I recently tore down my M14 gearbox to regrease and put in some better internals, its an AGM, comes up as MP008 on Evike, anyways so I took out the stock piston and put in a CA reinforced piston with a CA silent piston along with a CA pinion gear because the Chinese one looked sketchy, all of those parts are from a Version 2, and I put them in a Version 7. I was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers or comments to whether this was a good thing or whether it is potentially damaging, idk anything will help, I just need some closure either way. It works and shoots fine if you were wondering to.

I am assuming that since it is an AGM, it is cloned off of the Marui.

The AGM is kinda a clone of the TM, but with some major differences like gears and pistons(takes standards) The piston from a V2/3 will work in AGM M14's no problem, although I would probably have gone with something other than a stock CA piston.

well the thing is I had some extra parts from a version 2 I got from a sketchy trade and supposedly it was all CA internals which the gears were but I'm not too sure the cylinder set was CA, visually it looked CA from pics I've seen on evike so I only.assumed they were. Will the pinion gear cause me probs tho down the road?

As long as they're ver2/3 gears, piston you should be ok, although the cylinder head, nozzle and tappet plate are specific to the AGM M14, the bevel gear I remember on either the CYMA or AGM needed to be shimmed for motor height because it didn't have an adjustment screw but you can tell just by looking.
