Well if you all look at the main question it has nothing to do about the FPS of his pistol, it is about a silencer so why harp on the guy about the FPS on his gun????? answer his question to the best of your capability and leave your 2 cents with yourself.

To be fair, I can't think of a single case where someone complained because of a CO2 pistol either here or on the field, at least in recent memory.
