I liked how in all the press conferences they made sure to include that he was under armed guards 24 hours a day. For protection against about 10 million Texans who own a lot of firearms

I understand your point my words in regard to TV broadcast were of vengeance.

im just wondering, what ticked the guy off so late in his career, u think by the time he is a maj. that he wud learn to have some self control and not go on a rampage, if he killed so many ppl, u think he wud have done it earlier like as a private or something much earlier than a major

he was a DR. with a PHD which means he could have just gone in as a 2LT which would mean he had only been in 10 or so years at most.

The US ARMY paid for his med school. From what I understand is he is given the rank of Cpt. until he is board certified and then he gets the rank of Maj. automatically.

Several Muslim-American organizations have publicly condemned his actions. If the trend keeps up, his death hopefully wouldn't be seen as "offensive to Muslims". Probably just wishful thinking, but it is possible.
